When you submit an RFQ or upload a BOQ, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, company name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, country, project type, the product categories you're interested in, your target delivery timeline or specifications, and any drawings, spreadsheets, or documents you attach.

We do not ask for payment details, account passwords, or government identification anywhere on this website.

Our server temporarily uses your IP address only to prevent automated spam submissions (rate limiting). This value is not stored in a database and is not linked to your identity beyond that immediate check.

We use the information you submit to review your inquiry, match it to the relevant product categories and manufacturing partners, and respond to you by email, phone, or WhatsApp with a quotation or follow-up questions.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not sell, rent, or trade it to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Submitted inquiries are delivered to our internal sales inbox using Resend, a transactional email delivery service. Resend processes the email content only to deliver it to us and does not use it for its own purposes. No other third party receives your RFQ data through this website.

If your inquiry proceeds toward production, we may share the relevant technical details — not your personal contact information — with the qualified manufacturing partner assigned to your project, strictly for fulfilling your order.

Inquiry emails and their attachments are retained in our business mailbox for as long as reasonably necessary for quotation, order fulfillment, and record-keeping, or until you ask us to delete them.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you've submitted at any time by emailing sales@chinahvachub.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

As of the date above, this website does not set tracking or advertising cookies and does not use third-party analytics scripts. If this changes in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you submit, including transmitting form submissions over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices. The "last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised.
